The issue is different today. कुंवर अखिलेश सिंह (महाराजगंज, उ.प्र.) : माननीय अध्यक्ष महोदय, कल ही आपने सदन को व्यवस्थित तरीके से चलाने के लिए एक बैठक आयोजित की थी। मैं आपसे विनम्रतापूर्वक कहना चाहता हूँ कि खुद आप देखें कि जिन लोगों ने वायदा किया था, वे अपने वायदों पर कितना खरा उतर रहे हैं। मान्यवर, संसद सदस्य स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास नधि योजना के अंतर्गत भ्रष्टाचार के गंभीर आरोप लगाए जा रहे हैं और इन आरोपों की जांच के लिए लगातार मैं सदन के अंदर सीबीआई की जांच कराने की मांग कर रहा हूँ लेकिन सरकार द्वारा संसद सदस्य स्थानीय क्षेत्र विकास नधि योजना में भ्रष्टाचार के आरोपों की सीबीआई से जांच न कराए जाने के कारण आम जनता के मन में धारणा बनती जा रही है कि सांसद विकास नधि के अंतर्गत भ्रष्टाचार है, इसलिए संसद में बैठे हुए लोग इस सवाल पर गंभीर नहीं हैं। मान्यवर, इस संसद के दो सदन हैं - लोक सभा और राज्य सभा। कल राज्य सभा में तो इस गंभीर विषय पर चर्चा हुई लेकिन दुर्भाग्य की बात है कि लोक सभा में इस गंभीर विषय पर चर्चा नहीं हो रही है। यह आरोप तब गंभीर हो जाते हैं जब इसी सदन के सदस्य इसी सदन के सदस्यों पर आरोप लगाते हैं। मैं आपसे मांग करता हूँ कि जिन सदस्यों ने अखबारों के माध्यम से, मीडिया के माध्यम से भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप लगाए हैं, उनके निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों में भी सांसद विकास नधि की जांच कराई जानी चाहिए तथा उनके आरोपों की भी जांच कराई जानी चाहिए। ...( व्यवधान)...* MR. Therefore, it was not discussed. I am of the opinion that on the same lines, as it was discussed in the Rajya Sabha, if the Members want to discuss that issue, that can be considered for permission.
