Section 0(12) in The West Bengal Electricity Regulatory Commission (Cogeneration and Generation of Electricity from Renewable Sources of Energy) Regulations, 2010
12.0Power to Remove Difficulties:- The Commission may suo motu or on an application from any person generating electricity from cogeneration or renewable sources or a buyer licensee, review these regulations and pass appropriate orders to remove any difficulty in implementing the provisions of these regulations.
