Section 28(12)(E) in Bihar Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1974

(E)A certificate to be granted by the Licensing Authority under this rule shall be liable to cancellation in respect of which the certificate has been granted being exhibited in a form other than that was proposed before the Licensing Authority for certification.
