Section 15(1)(a) in Rajasthan Schools (Regulation of Fee) Act, 2016

(a)for the first offence, be punishable with fine which shall not be less than fifty thousand rupees but which may extend to two lakh fifty thousand rupees or twice the amount taken in excess of the fee as determined under this Act, whichever is higher;
