48. Constitution of Executive Committee.
- Besides the President and the Vice-President, the Executive Committee shall consist of five members elected by the members of the Council at the first meeting of the Council by secret ballot.Conduct of meeting under rules. - The meeting of the Executive Committee shall be governed as far as may be by the Rules applicable to the meeting of the Council.No meeting shall commence without the quorum. - If at the time appointed for a meeting a quorum is not present the meeting shall not commence until a quorum is present, and if a quorum is not present on the expiration of 30 minutes from the time appointed for the meeting or during the course of any meeting, the meeting shall stand adjourned to such future date and time as the President may appoint.
