(4)The [] [Omitted vide DP&AR Notification No. 25011/13/80-AIS(II) dated 11.9.80 (GSR No. 978 dated 27.9.80)] payment of retirement benefits admissible under these Rules shall be regulated by such procedural instructions as may be issued by the Central Government.
