Section 12(1) in The Techno India University, West Bengal, Act, 2012.
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall be responsible for the general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the University and shall exercise all the powers of the University and shall have the power to review of the acts of the Academic Council and the Finance Committee.
