30. Appeal against withdrawal of affiliation.
- Any college aggrieved by the resolution withdrawing wholly or partly or modifying the rights conferred by affiliation passed under sub-section (4) of section 29, may make an appeal to the State Government within sixty days from the date of communication of the resolution and the decision of the State Government on such appeal shall be final.
