32. Information, returns, etc. to be furnished by Board.
(1)The Board shall furnish to the State Government or the Director of Public Instruction such reports, returns and statements as may be required by the State Government or the Director, and such further information relating to any matter connected with the work of the Board as the State Government or the Director may require.(2)The State government may, after considering any such report, return or statement and any information furnished by the Board, give such directions consistent with this Act as may be necessary and the Board shall comply with such directions.
