Section 90(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu School Education Rules, 1986
(1)Confidential Reports in relation to the teachers, Heads of Schools and other employees of recognised schools, whether aided or not, shall be maintained in the form specified by the Administrator in this behalf to the employees of the corresponding status in Government schools.
