- Chubb's locks should be procured on indent from the Controller of Stationery in the prescribed form. They should be included n the general indent for stationery and should not, as heretofore be obtained through the office of the Excise Commissioner.Note.-Rules for the custody of treasury padlocks are embodied in appendix IV on the Treasury Rules and Subsidiary Orders made thereunder.
