Section 21S(8) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Rules, 2008
(8)Every such person shall before being supplied with a tendered ballot paper sign his name or affix his thumb impression if he is illiterate, against the entry relating to him in the list of 'tendered ballot papers'.
