Section 24 in Haryana Urban Development Authority Act, 1977
24. Priority of payment for interest and repayment of loans.
- All payments due from the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] on accounts of interest on loans or the repayment of loans shall be made in priority to all other dues from the [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.].
