All commissions for the examination of witnesses at Hyderabad should be addressed to the Chief Secretary, Hyderabad Government, Hyderabad (Deccan) and all remittances sent with such commissions should be made payable to the Chief Secretary, Hyderabad Government, Hyderabad, without giving the name of the gentleman holding the appointment.
