Section 26(1) in Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2002
(1)The Statutes shall be made by the Shri Vedmata Gayatri Trust, Shantikunj, Haridwar and the Statutes so made shall be submitted to the State Government for its approval, which may, within three months from the date of receipt of the statutes give its approval with or without modification.
