Section 5 in The Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2010
5. Contents of the Provider Customer Preference Register. -Every Provider Customer Preference Register shall, inter alia, include, -(a) the name of each subscriber who makes a request to the Access Provider indicating his preference;
(b)telephone number of the subscriber including in case of wireline area code;(c)the date and time of the request by the subscriber;(d)the details of the preference made by the subscriber;(e)the unique registration number as referred to in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 7.
