Section 246(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Municipal Act, 2007
(1)The State Commission shall prepare every year in such Form, and within such time, as may be prescribed; an annual report giving a summary of its activities during the previous year and copies of the report shall be forwarded to the State Government.
