03/ 08.12.2009This matter has been placed as some factual error has been cropped up in the order dated 16.11.2009 as such, it need modification.
In second paragraph of seventh line, in place of K.P.S. College, Barauni it should be A.P.S.M. College, Barauni. Similarly, in last but one line in the same paragraph starting with petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 646/08, the modification is required, this line should be read as follows:-
Petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 646 of 2008 was posted as Reader/University Professor, "on deputation as Commissioned Principal", is deleted and words used earlier, on page 3 of the order, in place of "re-joined at his place of posting in L.N. Mithila University", it should be read as "appointed as Commissioned Principal in L.N. Mithila University".
The order dated 16.11.2009 is modified to this extent.
