Section 63(1) in Chhattisgarh State Rajmarg Adhiniyam, 2003
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall be instituted against any public servant or officer or person duly authorised under this Act in respect of any thing in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act, or the rules or orders made thereunder.
