Section 6A(1) in Andhra Pradesh Universities Act, 1991
(1)Notwithstanding anything in this Act, every college or institution which was affiliated to or associated with r recognised or maintained by any of the University in the Schedule at the commencement of this Act and which has on such commencement gone into the University area of a different University shall on and from the commencement of the Andhra Pradesh Universities (Second Amendment) Act, 1993, stand transferred to the University in whose area such college or institution in located and shall hereafter be deemed to have been affiliated to or associated with or recognised by such Univrsity to which it is transferred and shall be maintained by such University.
