Section 26(1) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Rules, 1965
(1)Every Appeal or revision petition under the Act or these rules, shall be accompanied by a duly authenticated copy of the order appealed against or sought to be revised.
