11. Entries to be made in the record of rights.
(1)After the determination of claims under section 10, the Deputy Commissioner shall send the prescribed particulars of the decision to the officer maintaining the record of rights under the Act.(2)On receipt of the particulars under sub-section (1) and notwithstanding anything contained in the Act, the officer concerned shall enter such particulars in the register.
