80. Inquiries and proceedings to be judicial proceedings.
-All inquiries and proceedings before the Mamlatdar, the Tribunal, the Collector and the [Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] [These words were substituted for the words 'Divisional Commissioner' by the Maharashtra 23 of 2007 (w.e f. 1-8-2007) .] shall be deemed to be judicial proceedings within the meaning of sections 193, 219 and 228 of the Indian Penal Code.
