Section 1 in The Himachal Pradesh Transfer of Land (Regulation) Act, 1968
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Himachal Pradesh Transfer of Land (Regulation) Act, 1968.(2)[It extends to such area] [The Act extended to Lahaul and Spiti and Kinnaur Districts and Pangi and Bharmaur Sub-Tehsil of Chamba District by Not No. 22-3/69.Wel. Sectt. dated the 11th September 1969, repro at page 119.] of the [state of Himachal Pradesh] as from time to time be notified in the Official Gazette.(3)It shall come info force at once.
