Section 7(7) in THE NATIONAL ANTI-DOPING ACT, 2022
(7)The Chairperson or a Member shall not accept, either during his term of office or for a period of one year from the date on which he ceases to hold office, any employment, in any capacity whatsoever, with any International Federation or National Sports Federation or with any organisation, body or entity whose matter has been dealt with, directly or indirectly, by such Chairperson or Member:Provided that nothing contained herein shall be construed as preventing such person from accepting an employment in a body or institution controlled or maintained by the Central Government or a State Government.
