16. Power of [Collector] [Substituted for 'Taluqdar' by the A.P Adaptation of Laws Order, 1957.] to transfer cases.
- A [Collector] [Substituted for 'Taluqdar' by the A.P Adaptation of Laws Order, 1957.] may, after recording reasons, transfer any case from his own or from that of any of his sub-ordinate departments to any other, department or from that of his subordinate department to his own department.[Chapter - III [***]] [Omitted by Act No.XLIV of 1952.].
