103. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Water Supply and Sewerage (Second Ordinance, 1975, is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act, as if this Act had come into force on May 20, 1975 (U.P. Ordinance 10 of 1975).[Inserted by Section 2 of Act No. 16 of 1999.]
