03. 1. This petition is restored vide order passed today in the CMAPL No.84 of 2021.
2. This review petiton has been filed by the Opposite Parties seeking review/recall of the judgment dated 31st July, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.12859 of 2020 to a limited extent.
3. Considering the submissions made, we find that no ground is made out for reviewing the said order dated 31st July, 2020.
4. The review petition is accordingly dismissed.
