Section 7(11)(b) in Bihar Intermediate Education Council (Establishment of Colleges and Conduct of Examination) Rules, 1994

(b)On the completion of such enquiry or any further enquiries which may be considered necessary, the Recognition Committee shall recommend to the Council as to whether the application should be granted or it shall be rejected. All connected papers shall be placed before the Council.
