ORDER
1. The issue raised in this application is establishment/construction of Petrol Pump-Reliance Jio-BP Mobility Petrol Pump in violation of Guidelines dated 16.08.2021 issued by CPCB & MoEF&CC.
2. Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 4 put in appearance and sought a short time for filing the objection. The service on respondent no. 4 is sufficient.
3. Issue notice to the rest respondents, returnable within a week. Respondents are directed to submit their reply before next date of listing through E-filing portal, preferably in the form of searchable PDF/ OCR Support PDF and not in the form of Image PDF.
4. Applicant is directed to take necessary steps for service to the rest of the respondents by both ways and also on available email. 1
5. Applicant is directed to supply the copy of the application and relevant documents to the Respondent(s) within three days and after compliance of service, the applicant has to submit an affidavit that the notice and copy of the application have been served upon the respondent(s).
6. On the mutual agreement of the parties, list it on 05th May, 2022.
