Section 130(c) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(c)If any objection be filed by any person during the period of notice, the Panchayat shall require him to prove his ownership of the cattle. The Panchayat shall order the return of the cattle to the person who filed the objection if he proves them to be his own.
