(3)Protection against lightning : Protection from lightning shall be provided for -(a)a building in which explosive or highly flammable substances are manufactured, used, handled or stored;(b)storage tanks containing oils, paints, or other flammable liquids;(c)grain elevators;[* * *] [Omitted by ibid](d)buildings, tall chimneys or stocks where flammable gases, fume. dust or lint are likely to be present; and
