6. This petition is filed for grant of parole to the petitioner. It is submitted the first spell of furlough was granted to the petitioner on 09.04.2021 and he was released on 23.04.2021 and that on 10.05.2021 the petitioner suffered from pain in abdomen and he visited doctor who asked him to undergo certain tests. The reports of such tests shows the petitioner is suffering from hepatomegaly/fatty liver and fullness in the right pelvicalyceal system/kidney infection.

It is submitted on 12.05.2021 an application was moved before the Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:PRADEEP SHARMA Signing Date:13.05.2021 17:14 respondent seeking grant of second spell of furlough/parole but nothing has been communicated to the petitioner so far. Admittedly the petitioner has to surrender on 15.05.2021.

8. It is submitted his furlough be extended till the next date and the medical documents may be verified.

9. In the circumstances, let the medical documents annexed on record be verified by the State on or before the next date of hearing.

10. List on 18.05.2021 and in the meanwhile the furlough/parole of the petitioner is extended on the same terms and conditions.
