112. The State Government to prescribe minimum closing balance.
- The State Government may prescribe -(a)the minimum closing balance to be maintained by a Municipality,(b)the minimum expenditure to be incurred by a Municipality on public works, medical and public health,(c)the statements, accounts and reports to be submitted to the State Government.
