Section 2(1)(p) in U.P. Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2018

(p)"Transit pass" means a pass issued by the District Officer for lawful transportation of any mineral, raised in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these rules;
