Appointment of Government Officers to managing committees of aided schools will be ex-officio so far as practicable, for such appointments prior approval of the authority under whose administrative control the officer concerned works is to be obtained. One appointment of a certain Government officer as a member of a particular managing committee is approved under this rule, this approval will be presumed to apply to all his successors in that office unless the authority according the approval desires otherwise.
