Section 36(5) in Banaras Hindu University Act, 1915
(5)Subject to he conditions set forth above, the Ordinances may prescribe any other conditions which may be considered necessary and also the procedure for the admission of colleges and institutions to the privileges of the University and for the withdrawal of those privileges.
