Section 4(3)(a) in The Punjab General Sales Tax (Amendment and Validation) Act, 1987

(a)Sub-clause (i) of each of clauses (d), (ff) and (h) of section 2 of the principal Act shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from the 2nd day of February, 1983.
