Section 11(a) in The Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Rules, 1955
(a)In determining the fair rent for the descriptions mentioned, in subsection (2) of Section 18, the Revenue Officer shall have regard to the average rate of rent payable by occupancy raiyats for lands of similar class and with similar advantages in the vicinity.
