15. Penalties.
(1)Every person or occupier of a factory who contravenes the provisions of sections 11 shall be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees ten thousand and in the case of a continuing contravention of the provisions of the said section with a further fine not exceeding rupees one thousand for each day during which the contravention continues.(2)Any person or occupier of a factory contravening any of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or order made under this Act for which no penalty is provided in sub-section (1) shall be punishable with fine which may extend to rupees five thousand.
