Section 38(5) in The Integral University Act, 2004
(5)The Deans of Faculties of Institute of Integral Technology shall be the Deans of Faculties of the University and shall hold their offices for a period of five years. Thereafter their services shall be regulated as per provision of the Statutes, provided any relaxation is granted for further continuation of their services on account of their merit and sound health.
