(2)The transporter shall publish CV band referred to in sub-regulation (1) on its website within a period of one month of authorized by the Board, as referred to in sub-regulation (2) of regulation 3, under intimation to the Board.Provided that the entities authorized before the publication of these regulations shall publish the CV band within a period of one month of the date of publication of these regulations.
