Section 17(1) in The Orissa Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1958
(1)Every Inspector shall, for the purpose of verification of weights and measures and weighing and measuring instruments, attend at such places and time within his jurisdiction as may be appointed in this behalf by the controller.
