Section 8(1) in The Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953
(1)The agent or agents of a sugar factory shall maintain an office in one or more places within the State as may be required by the Cane Commissioner, and shall maintain such accounts and submit such returns and statements as may be prescribed.
