02. 12.11.2020 This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode
because of COVID-19 Pandemic.
Registry has pointed out that the Account Payee cheque
bearing No.099744 dated 07.08.2020 for the amount of Rs.25,000/- has
lost its validity.
Hence, Registry is directed to return the invalid cheque to
the appellant. The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to
collect the same from the Registry within a period of 10 days and to
file a revalidated cheque /fresh cheque for the same amount within a
period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the invalid cheque.
List this matter after four weeks.
