(d)"detachment" includes any part of the Force required or ordered to proceed on duty away from headquarters;(dd)[ "Director-General" means the Director-General of the Force appointed by the Central Government through whom the superintendence of, and control over, the Force of the Central Government shall be exercised and who shall, subject to any instructions that the Central Government may give, administer the Force in accordance with the provisions of the Act and of these or other rules;]
