UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R

On 4.11.2019, this Court passed the following order in 2 both the matters:
“Notice was issued in the matter on 20.09.2019. According to the office report dated 26.10.2019, service is complete in the matter. However, none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents.
In the interest of justice, we adjourn this matter to 06.12.2019, on which date it would be disposed of finally even if appearance is entered on behalf of the respondents.” Though the matters were adjourned, no appearance has yet been entered on behalf of respondents.
We find from the record that Shri Kirit Sanghvi had represented the respondent-assessees before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal “A”, Mumbai, Let copies of the petitions be served through the concerned Assessing Officer on said Shri Kirit Sanghvi in both the matters. List on 20.4.2020.
