Section 374(2)(vii) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(vii)No visitor shall be admitted to the school or hostel without the permission of the Headmistress. With the exception of Inspecting officers and members of the Committee, male visitors to the school will be admitted only to the Headmistress's office. Fathers, grandfathers, brothers or authorised guardians only will be allowed to see any pupil. The Headmistress will be present at the beginning and the end of every interview.
