Section 25(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(1)The Presiding Officer shall close the polling station at the hour fixed in that behalf under clause (c) of sub-rule (2) of rule 11 of these rules and shall not, thereafter, admit any voter into the polling station:Provided that all voters present at the polling station before it was closed, shall be allowed to cast their votes.
