Section 107F(1)(c) in The Cess Act, 1880

(c)the classes of land which shall be cess-free; with an explanation of the grounds for his proposals, in such manner and for such period as may be prescribed, and shall receive and consider any objections received regarding the same during the period of publication, and shall dispose of such objections according to such rules as the [State Government] [Words substituted by the Government of India (Adaptation of Indian Laws) Order, 1937 and the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950, respectively.] may make.
